This publication by Fr. Brian Fenessy E.D. pays tribute to the life of the decorated New Zealand military chaplain, Robert Richards M.C.

 

Chaplain Richards served throughout the First World War with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force, at Gallipoli and on the Western Front. He was awarded the Military Cross for his gallantry in tending to the wounded in 1916, and was one of the longest-serving New Zealand chaplains of the war. This tribute to Chap. Richards was produced in 2020 by Fr. Brian Fennessey of the Selwyn Parish and stands as a wonderful testament to this brave military chaplain.
